We are a townhome condominium community located on 42 acres in Arlington, Virginia, just off Columbia Pike and within minutes of Washington, DC. Originally built as apartments between 1939 and 1941, Arlington Village Townhouse Condominium was established in 1981 and is comprised of 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom townhomes. Extensive, beautifully landscaped green space, solidly built brick townhouses, and an active community association are just some of our features. We are listed on the National Register of Historic Places as a prime example of a garden-style, planned community. Our large wooded area, known fondly by residents as "the ravine," is a certified Natural Wildlife Habitat.
