Please remember that the site is voluntarily maintained by your neighbors on their personal time. You can normally expect an answer within 3 business days if your request was submitted during regular business hours, sooner if your question relates to new member sign-up.

If you believe the site is malfunctioning (other than non-functioning links) or are having browser compatibility issues, email Legum & Norman Technical Support or call them at (703) 848-4356 between the hours of 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Emails will be answered on the same or the next business day. Telephone calls outside of the posted hours will be answered the following day.
